Cleaning: $169 first flue, any additional flue is
discounted $30 to $139 each. Some chimneys may have two or more
flues.

- Chimney
Inspection: $89. credited towards work if needed. Chimney
cleaning may be required before camera scanning can be done. This
procedure reveals any stress and hairline fractures, structural
damage and settling. Improper chimney cleaning and water leaks may
have caused unnoticed damage.

Pointing, grinding, waterproofing, flashing, sealing,
rebuilding.

Service: Unplug blocked flues, remedy carbon monoxide
leaking due to improperly drafting flues, repairs heating
contractor may require immediate work be done on chimney and other

Glass Door Installation: $90 with purchase of a
fireplace door.
